IMPRESIND gas radiant heating system is an independent heating system consisting of three parts: combustion unit, radiant modules and control system. Powered by natural gas or LPG. The system uses radiant heat to warm people and objects directly, without air movement.
1)Combustion unit
A multi-gas burner with high efficiency, and low NOx emissions. The combustion unit is installed outside the building. It generates thermal energy by burning natural gas or LPG and distributes it through a recirculation system that maintains a consistent temperature throughout the entire radiant circuit.
2)Radiant modules
The radiant modules are tailor-made to meet the specific needs of each client. The radiant modules are available in various configurations: 90°, 180°straight, curved for changes in direction and elevation, as well as “T”configurations, which to meet the specific needs of each client.
3)System Control
Each unit operates independently and can be managed via a single control panel or a centralized system. It allows flexible operation, enabling each tube or group of tubes to function in identical or distinct modes to meet the requirements of different operational areas.
Safety
The system has mature technology, stable performance and no flammable components, which will not increase the fire danger level and design difficulty of the building.Even in cold areas, the system can maintain stable operation.
Cost effective
The system is mounted by suspension, and does not limit the use of the floor surface.According to industry professionals, while forced air heating has a cheaper installation cost, radiant heating systems are more efficient and therefore save money on energy bills in the long run.
High efficiency

Thermal energy conversion efficiency is more than 90%. Meanwhile, it can partially recover hot combustion gases to maximize energy efficiency. The 70% recirculation ensures consistent temperature across the tubes. The comprehensive energy saving can reach 30%~50%.

The System can be controlled individually through their electronic panels or collectively. This advanced system enables the management of up to 59 equipment from a single console located in a central panel.Users can perform time-sharing and zoning temperature control according to their needs, and always adjust the indoor temperature in an optimal way.

Powered by natural gas or LPG. Optimized fuel consumption ensures superior energy efficiency and low CO2 emissions. The emissions meet the national emission standards.
The combustion unit is installed outside the building (see the below picture 1), and connected directly to the electrical and gas networks, eliminating the need for a boiler room,a traditional boiler, and a hydraulic circuit. This ensures immediate operation and significantly reduces initial costs. The system can seamlessly pass through the roof, the wall or any structure that can be easily cut to meet the specific needs of each client.
The radiant sections are available in various configurations(see the below picture 2). The sections are connected using the flexible joint, which is an innovative pipe connection solution that eliminates the need for silicone and screws. This exclusive system has good high temperature resistance, which ensures a perfect seal and compensates for thermal expansion, removing the need for expansion joints to ensure long-term stable operation.
IMPRESIND gas-fired radiant heating system is widely used in hangars, rail transit maintenance centers, industrial plants, stadiums, museums, golf driving ranges, exhibition halls and other large space premises.
