
ECOPAN hot water radiant panel is hot water, hot steam or hot oil as a heat conduction medium, flow in the metal pipe of the radiant panel, use the radiant panel to generate infrared, directly through the air to heat the solid, people and other objects in heating area. The main features are:the special profile pressed on metal sheets, where housings are realized, to contain, wrapping them for the 2/3 of their surface, steel pipes having diameter 1/2”or 3/4”, electro-welded or without welding. The warmest part of the panel, is completely turned downwards and is wrapped by 70%of its surface by metal plate. Pipes, completely prominent under plates, create air cushions that reduce convective flows and increase radiance. Easy installation
The installation is particularly easy,quick and safe.The pipes of each modular element are connected by means of welding or pressfitting,which greatly guarantees the flexibility of installation.When pipe coupling is complete,a joint covering is inserted between the plates,which are easily inserted from below between the plates,so that installation times are reduced to the minimum level.Joint coverings have the same profile as main plates and laboratory tests confirm that the thermal output is exactly the same as the active plate of the panel where they are positioned.

ECOPAN radiant panels are composed of 4 and/or 6 metres modules and different lengths are therefore obtained by connecting the pipes of each modular element by means of welding or pressfitting.The bracket of the suspension board is welded to the radiant panel,one per meter,which greatly guarantees the flexibility of installation.Meanwhile,a welding or pressfitting point is present in the middle of each sheet,therefore dilations on both sides are less than 1 mm.This grants that no deformation of the panel comes out during time.
